Adopting a Wee Cow (Payment) Adopting one of our Wee cows could not be easier. Just browse our online farm, and click on the name of the Wee Cow of your choice to see a larger picture. Click the "Buy now" button and you will be taken to the secure Paypal website to finish the transaction. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. No credit card information is going through our site but instead is dealt with direcly on the Paypal site, making your transaction completely safe and secure, allowing you to pay in complete confidence. **important** Due to the nature of the internet and in the rare occasion of two buyers purchasing the same unique wee cow simultaneously, we will contact you : we will offer you a complete refund or you may want to choose another wee one eagerly waiting to be adopted. Remember that these cows are one of a kind and handmade and cannot be duplicated. Our Wee Cows are priced in British Pounds. For your convenience we have added a currency converter which applies the latest exchange rate. Note : Please remember that this service should only be used as a guide. The actual amount to be deducted from your Credit Card will be determined by your Credit Card Provider at the rates set by them at the time of the transaction.

Shipping And Handling Our Wee Cows are packed in a nice presentation box which is then placed in a sturdier cardboard outer box, ready for shipment. We deliver our Wee Cows to a good home anywhere in the world*, absolutely FREE. Standard Service is by Royal Mail 1st class post. Airmail is by Royal Mail Airmail small packets. Non-deliverable, Refused amd Unclaimed Orders If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to contact via phone or email. In order for us to resend the item we will have to recharge the postage costs for your parcel. *At the present time due to high incidences of fraud we do not accept or ship to, any orders from INDONESIA , NIGERIA or ROMANIA. Please contact us direct before placing your order if you wish to do so, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the money refunded directly to the cardholders account.

Delivery Schedule Wee Cows are sent off on their new adventure as soon as possible after receiving payment. Delivery usually takes approx 7 - 21 days outside the EU and 2 - 7 days within the EU. Although we will make every effort to deliver within 30 days or any other quoted delivery date, such dates do not amount to contract and we will not be liable to the buyer for any loss whether consequential or incidental if delivery of goods is delayed for whatever means.

What to do when there are no more cows on the farm ? We foresee times where all our little ones have ventured out and the new generation cows is not ready yet. Since all of our cows are handmade and one of a kind, we kindly suggest to send us an e-mail to inform us of your interest and we will keep you posted on the progress.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not e-mail you in the future, we actually hope that YOU will, with your lovely pictures ! We will not pass your e-mail address to others. In order for us to complete the transaction we do need to collect the following information: 1. Your name 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. E-mail address Your payment details will be dealt with by the Secure and Safely encryped Paypal server. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct promptly. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, please do e-mail us for your own peace of mind.

Returns Policy We have a no nonsense policy on returns. We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your Wee Cow or if any of our Wee Cows arrives faulty and you return it to us in its original packaging with invoice within 14 days of receipt we will refund the full cost of the product. Delivery costs made to return the item will not be refunded. Please DO contact us BEFORE returning your little cow, explaining what the problem is. We will then give you a reference number to write on your packaging. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. In case of a replacement it may take a little longer if there are no cows available. We recommend you obtain proof of posting to enable tracking should your parcel not reach us, we cannot accept responsibility for products lost or damaged during their return to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability The total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Wee Highland Cows and excludes the postage costs. Guarantee The Wee Highland Cows receive a full health check against defects in material or craftmanship before being packed. We Guarantee that they do leave the premises with a clear bill of health. As stated in our "return policy" above, we have a no-nonsense approach. BUT if the damage to the little cow is due to general wear and tear, accidents, improper care or misuse, or damage caused by other parties, this guarantee becomes void. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this guarantee. Please contact us for replacement at our discretion prior to returning the products.
